Free Access! Your Technology Information Source

If the site is too slow, use one of our mirrors:  MIRROR 1  |  MIRROR 2

Our way of life has been influenced by the way technology has developed. In the future, it seems to me, we ought to try to reverse this and so develop our technology that it meets the needs of the sort of life we wish to lead.

PRINCE PHILIP, Men, Machines and Sacred Cows, 1984. (S&S)

Why did we decide to do this site?!?

As technology professionals, we've been amazed at the information put out by fellow "experts" on technology to the general public.  Most times it's just hype, but that hype is typically damaging to the end user.

We believe that knowledge is power.  If we empowered the users of technology, then the majority will not be satisfied with the status quo and that demand will cause technology to improve for the better of everyone.

That's our vision....that's our site!
